  10. How is the PIN issued to the customer?
    1. Default PIN is issued to the customer at the reception of the card and it is the responsibility of the customer to customize it for his memory.
  11. What to do when i have lost my MasterCard or my PIN Code?
    1. When you have lost your PIN Code or your MasterCard, inform Cogebanque as soon as possible or the nearest branch so we can stop the card and issue a new PIN or a new card
  12. Can a customer hold multiple cards of different categories?
    1. Yes, it is possible. Hold the Prepaid and another card of your choice
  13. What is the difference between the 3 MasterCard offered by Cogebanque?
    1. Classic: Will replace the old card of Cogebanque. It is a debit card accessible to all Cogebanque customers with current accounts. It is a card for your daily transactions (withdraw on ATM, payment on POS and online shopping) in Rwanda and worldwide.
    2. Prepaid: Electronic wallet. Not linked to any bank account. Can be used by Cogebanque customers and non-customers, In Rwanda and worldwide, On ATM, POS and on internet for online payments Acquisition Cost : FRW 5,000
