David NGATA

Director

David holds a Masters of Science in Business Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Kenya and in the state of New York and Virginia. Consequently, David is a member of the AICPA (USA) and ICPAK (Kenya).

David is currently the Chief Finance Director at Equity Group Holdings Plc (EGH) where he assists in developing and recommending to the Board an annual operating plan and financial budget that supports the Group’s long-term strategy. Prior to joining EGH he was initially the Vice President, Finance and Data Analytics Audit Leader and thereafter Vice President, Data Analytics Audit Leader at American Express. He has also gained considerable experience at KPMG, New York Financial Services where he served in the capacity of Audit Associate, Audit Manager and Audit Senior Manager.
