Jacqueline holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Herriot Watt University, UK. She is a Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK), a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA, K), and she is one of the founder members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR). 

Jacqueline has over 25 years’ experience in strategic management, corporate governance, risk assessment mitigation, compliance/Accounting Advisory and financial management. She is currently a Financial Management Consultant at the World Bank Rwanda where she assists in assessing the borrowers’ financial management systems and their ability to manage and monitor World Bank financed projects among others. Prior to joining World Bank, Jacqueline was the Head of Finance and Administration at Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR) where she provided strategic leadership in the development and implementation of AFR’s financial strategies and delivery of administration services. She has also served as a Head of Internal Audit at BPR limited which is a financial institution and as Financial Management Specialist at eRwanda project, and an Audit Senior at Deloitte and Touche, Uganda. Jacqueline is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Muhabura Multichoice Limited, a private company engaging in business activities to supplement government spending on Prisons in Rwanda.
